Minted Habits (“Minted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Everly Digital, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Minted Habits mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the App.
Information you provide:

- Account credentials
- Habit names and habit-related metadata
- Habit completion records
- Notes and written entries you create in the App
Information we do not collect:
- Advertising identifiers
- Location tracking
- Cross-app tracking data
- Analytics or behavioral tracking data
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide core App functionality
- Store and display your habits, progress, and notes
- Communicate with you about your account (e.g., authentication, receipts)
- Maintain and improve the reliability and security of the App
We do not:
- Sell your personal information
- Use your data for advertising
- Use your content to train machine learning or AI models
4. Authentication & Accounts
You may sign in using:
- Email and password
- A connected Google account
Authentication information is used solely to verify your identity and provide secure access to your account.
5. Notes & Private Content
Notes and habit entries you create are treated as private.
We do not review, analyze, or access your notes as part of normal operations. Access may occur only if required to respond to a user-initiated support request or to comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Storage & Security
User data is stored using Supabase infrastructure.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- When required to operate the App (e.g., infrastructure providers)
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or Everly Digital
We do not sell or rent personal data.
8. Emails & Communications
We send account-related emails only, such as:
- Authentication or security messages
- Subscription or receipt confirmations
We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in in the future.
9. Children’s Privacy
Minted Habits is rated 4+ and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
You can delete your account directly within the App or request deletion by contacting us at mintedhabits@gmail.com.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we take reasonable steps to delete associated personal data.
12. International Users
If you access the App from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you through the App.
